• Keep your login credentials confidential

Programme Enrollment

Enrollment in educational programmes is subject to availability and acceptance by Rime Raccot. Upon enrollment:

• You agree to the specific terms of the programme you have enrolled in
• Payment terms are as specified at the time of enrollment
• Refund policies are detailed in your enrollment agreement
• Attendance and participation requirements must be met to receive certification

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Rime Raccot or its content suppliers and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

Course materials provided during programmes are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials
• Create derivative works from course content
• Share login credentials or course access with others
• Record or capture live sessions without permission

User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems
• Engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism

Payment Terms

Payment for programmes is due according to the schedule specified at enrollment. Unless otherwise stated:

• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future cohorts
• Your enrolled price is locked upon payment of deposit
• Late payments may result in suspension of access to services

Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled according to our refund policy:

• Full refund if requested more than 14 days before programme start
• 50% refund if requested 7-14 days before programme start
• No refund if requested less than 7 days before programme start
• No refund after programme has commenced

Deferrals to a future cohort may be available subject to approval.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Specific employment outcomes after completing programmes
• That course content will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rime Raccot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rime Raccot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
